An Unfinished Mission, Started in 2016

Our journey began in 2016 as Revxpert, driven by a founder's challenge that quickly became an industry-wide pattern.

Geetika Bahri, a visionary with deep experience leading hotel revenue teams, couldn't ignore the problem: hiring talent was difficult because candidates lacked preparedness. They had learned theory but not application.

The recurring feedback we heard proved the need:

"This finally explains revenue management in a way that makes sense."

"This is what hotel schools should be teaching, but are not."

The name evolved to REVnexperts to reflect a broader ecosystem, but the core problem remains: revenue talent is scarce, learning is fragmented, and the gap between education and real-world decision-making is growing wider.

This is the continuation of a mission: to bridge that divide and elevate commercial skills across the hospitality ecosystem.

    Our values

What We Stand for Practicality and Confidence

We believe revenue management should be understandable, practical, and scalable for every property and professional.

Building thinking, not just tool usage

    Teaching decisions, not definitions

    Creating structure, where fragmentation exists

    Capability for Commercial Success

You cannot rely on slow learning curves, trial-and-error pricing, or capability built purely through exposure. The future of the industry demands:

    Faster readiness in your team

    Stronger fundamentals and confidence

Revenue professionals who understand the "why" behind every decision

Our Commitment is to build what the industry has long been missing: Structure, Clarity, Confidence, and Capability.

We are your connected system for commercial success

    Questions? We've Got Answers

The journey began in 2016 under the name Revxpert, founded by Geetika Bahri. The original idea came from a direct hiring frustration candidates had learned theory but not application, and were not industry-ready despite formal qualifications. What started as one founder's challenge quickly revealed itself as an industry-wide pattern.

REVnexperts describes its mission as "unfinished" The capability gap is not a static problem; it evolves as the industry changes. The organisation continues to expand its ecosystem, develop new programmes, and deepen its community, with the long-term goal of elevating commercial skills across the entire hospitality sector.

The revenue capability gap is the disconnect between having people in revenue-related roles and those people having the actual skills to make confident, correct commercial decisions. Hotels hire graduates, experienced managers, and lateral hires yet teams still struggle with pricing logic, forecasting accuracy, distribution decisions, and commercial alignment across departments. The gap isn't a people problem; it's a capability and education problem.

Most providers offer either training or consulting rarely both, and almost never with a connected community. REVnexperts deliberately built all three (REVacademy, REVguide, REVunity) as an integrated system because capability is built through learning, reinforced through practice, and sustained through ongoing community and knowledge exchange. Each pillar strengthens the others.

Revenue management education in hotel schools has historically been theoretical rather than applied. Graduates learn definitions but not decisions. At the same time, working professionals rarely get structured, ongoing training most capability is built slowly through trial and error on the job. This has created a persistent gap between what the industry needs and what the talent pipeline delivers.

It's a global issue. The gap between education and real-world revenue decision-making exists across markets from emerging hospitality economies to mature ones. Technology, OTA complexity, and the pace of change in distribution have made this worse everywhere, not just in specific regions.
