If you wish to cancel your enrollment, written notice must be sent to connect@revnexperts.com. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
In the event that REVnexperts cancels a program, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer enrollment to a future session of the same or equivalent program.
Due to the digital nature of online certifications and downloadable materials, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase if no content has been accessed.
Refund terms for institutional partnerships under the Revenue Curriculum Framework are governed by the specific agreement between REVnexperts and the partner institution. Please refer to your partnership contract for details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days and returned via the original payment method. For any refund-related queries, please contact us at connect@revnexperts.com.
