Ammisha Bhardwaj is a hospitality commercial executive, revenue strategist, and leadership coach with over 25 years of international hospitality experience spanning commercial strategy, revenue management, hotel technology, business transformation, and leadership development. As the Founder of ON POINT and Director of Revenue for the Watergate Bay Hotel Group, she works with independent hotels, boutique properties, and hospitality leaders to strengthen commercial performance by aligning people, processes, technology, and strategy.

Professional Experience
Ammisha's career spans more than two decades across revenue management, hotel commercial strategy, digital distribution, hospitality technology, and leadership development. She began her career with the Taj Group, managing web marketing, online distribution, and revenue strategy before moving into senior sales leadership at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai.
She later founded AuroRA, where she spent over 13 years helping more than 500 boutique luxury hotels across Europe and Asia optimise revenue, strengthen distribution strategies, implement hotel technology, and improve direct profitability. During this period, she worked closely with leading hotel technology providers, OTAs, booking engine companies, CRS platforms, and channel managers.
Today, alongside leading ON POINT, Ammisha serves as Director of Revenue across the Watergate Bay Hotel Group, where she drives commercial strategy, revenue optimisation, distribution, leadership capability, and hotel technology transformation across multiple properties. Her unique combination of operational leadership, commercial expertise, and executive coaching enables her to help hospitality professionals build high-performing commercial teams that consistently deliver results.
